PRIZE RULES

1. Must be at least 25 years old to enter. Only one entry per household, duplicate entries will be eliminated.
2. Contest for visits only, no cash redemption value.
3. Place of accommodations at Elliott Realty Beach Rentals. Winner agrees to abide by all the accommodations' rules and regulations.
4. This is for lodging only. No transportation of any type, food, beverages, or telephone service provided.
5. The trip can be golf or family related.
6. Vacation will consist of five days, four nights of accommodations, 2 rounds of golf for 4 golfers at a specified course, linens and departure maid service anytime between October and March.
7. The prize is for one visit per year.
8. The prize amount shall not exceed $1,000.
9. Prize is personal and can only be claimed by the actual winner each year at check-in. Prize is not assignable or transferable.
10. If prize is not redeemed within one year from notification, prize is automatically terminated.
11. Winner responsible for damage to room accommodations arising from their use.
12. Winner must enter into a contract with prize provider signifying their agreement to these terms.
13. Winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness in any future marketing efforts.
14. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
15. No purchase is necessary to win.

Any violations of these rules results in automatic termination of prize.
